Gourmet Menu 48 €



Starters

  • Wok vegetables salad, skewer of water melon roasted with the almond oil, gaspacho of peas and roquette salad.
  • Tasting of antipasti: raw ham and parmesan ravioli, tomatoes and mozzarella skewer, polenta roasted, gorgonzola toast, artichoke and roasted zucchini.
  • Scorpion fish tartar with sesame honey, brunoise of small vegetables and black olive oil.



Main Courses

  • Grouper pavé poached with orange, wakamé salad with sesames and ginger confit, vermicelli of soya.
  • Lamb stove " à la provençale ", broad bean cassolette, poppies tiles, fennel confit.
  • Fillet of smoked haddock " garlic mayonaise ", vegetables vapor, bulots and razorshell, slice of garlic and tomatoes bread.
  • Veal chop with sage and bacon, creamy tapenade rice tagliatelle.
