Starters
- The creamy bisque of gambas with cognac served with gambas shelled and roasted, emulsion of crustaceans.
Main Courses
- Half a Lobster flambéed with "Laphroaig 10 ans" whisky, rizotto cooked with cuttlefish ink, wakame salad with baby vegetanles, shellfish broth mariniere style.
Desserts
- Sex on the beach: on a shortbread biscuit with orange, orange jelly flambéed with vodka, bavarois and cranberries emulsion, fresh fruits, all served with a cocktail.
